Tolulope is an experienced business development and commercial executive with vast knowledge of the oil, gas and power sector (Upstream/Downstream, EPC). She offers a combination of techno-commercial expertise in the energy business. She is passionate about the Nigerian power industry, energy innovation and she is a sponsor of energy diversity seeking ways to infuse renewable energy into the existing energy sources.

She is specialised in commercial operations management, relationship management, project management, business development and analysis, also marketing, including price risk management.

Tolulope actively advocates equality and female talent development as a key element for transformation and business growth.

While at Schneider Electric as Segment Manager (Oil and Gas), she was responsible for penetration of SE products(LV/MV/ITB) into the oil and gas market in Nigeria, responsible for IOC accounts and ensured promotion and execution of Schneider Electric products and systems.

Falola was also responsible for oil & gas channel partner and EPC accounts and ensured FEED specifications, including being responsible for oil and gas tender reviews, led opportunity review meetings and kick off meetings.

She developed sales strategies for sustainable oil and gas solutions, sales and marketing, and ensured adherence to Nigerian local content policies, while reviewing contract terms, terms and conditions in line with global policy, and also developed a sustainable business plan for achieving the sales targets.

Also, she was able to identify and explore all oil and gas sales opportunities in Nigeria, coordinate the oil and gas team across 4 regions in Nigeria, participate in sales contract negotiation and sales management advisory of market opportunities and competitor analysis at the same time collaborating with other business units especially supply chain and logistics, including customer service and tendering unit to ensure that commitments to customers are met in a professional, timely and qualitative way.
