According to Football London, Manchester United star Marcus Rashford could depart Old Trafford this summer with Arsenal reportedly interested in signing the England striker.
According to the Manchester Evening News, United has not dismissed the possibility of allowing Rashford to leave after his relationship with manager Erik ten Hag deteriorated last season.
Talks may be held in the coming days week as United players report for pre-season on Monday. The Gunners have shown interest in the 26-year-old previously and could be inclined to make a move before August 30.
Football London understands Arsenal are keen to improve their squad this window ahead of a third successive Premier League title challenge. While a central midfielder remains the priority, Edu and Mikel Arteta are also interested in signing a forward.
Rashford signed a new contract at Manchester United last summer, a deal until 2028 worth £325,000 per week, making any move expensive and complicated.
The Gunners could benefit from his good days, and Arteta could be the right coach to make those more consistent.
