Hogan Guards emerges as Africa’s most trusted risk management solutions firm

Hogan Guards, a Nigerian security firm has emerged as Africa’s most trusted risk management solutions company award of the decade at the African Quality Achievement Awards (AQAA) 2022 in Lagos.

The company was given the award in recognition of its ability to apply innovation and quality culture in business practices, alongside other organisations and multinational companies operating in Africa.

Receiving the award at the Africa Quality Congress in Lagos, Paul Ibirogba, chief executive officer of Hogan Guards, said the award would not be possible without the thousands of committed workers in the organisation.

According to him, it was honourable for Hogan Guards to be recognised as a continental leader in the risk management industry.

Ibirogba commended the company’s personnel for their professionalism in mitigating incidents of terrorism, armed robbery, and fire outbreaks which have saved businesses from huge losses in the past.

“Hogan Guards provides security operatives, armed and unarmed security escort services, polygraph testing, remote surveillance, aerial monitoring, background investigation, security screening, events security, and digital surveillance systems installation. Backed by the latest technology, a 24-hour command centre, and operatives that work round the clock, Hogan Guards uses a plethora of resources to keep clients protected,” Ibirogba said.

BusinessDay understands that the award recipients were selected by a research committee composed of international quality professionals from across Africa, including South Africa, Uganda, Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria.

The African Quality Achievement Awards have previously been held in South Africa and Egypt while the 2022 edition held in Lagos brought together key decision-makers, experts, and other relevant stakeholders across the African continent to discuss and exchange ideas on the importance of quality assurance to economic growth.
