The Nigerian House of Representatives will at plenary on Wednesday (today) consider the report of the
Committees on Finance, Appropriations, and National Planning and Economic Development on the 2021-2023 Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Fiscal Strategy Paper (FSP).

President Muhammadu Buhari had in July submitted the 2021-2023 MTEF/FSP to the National Assembly after which relevant House Committees held interactive sessions with government agencies.
The report which was laid at the commencement of plenary by James Faleke, chairman, House Committee on Finance, recommended downward review of the levy imposed on imported vehicles to 15 percent and 20 percent on both commercial vehicles (buses and trucks) and luxury vehicles, respectively.
