Soft Alliance, Oyo state partner on digital skills training

Soft Alliance, an IT solutions provider, recently concluded a three-day intensive training program designed to enrich skills and knowledge of key users from the Management Information Centre (MIC) and the Ministry of Finance, Oyo State.

The training was aimed at empowering participants with the expertise required to leverage the upgraded version of SoftSUITE effectively in their daily activities.

Oloyiwola Tajudeen, director of Debt Management Office (MIC), Oyo State, stated that the upgraded version has effectively tackled the majority of the challenges that had been encountered in the previous iteration.

Tajudeen, who was represented by Adenike Fashina, permanent secretary of the Ministry of Finance, stated that the training program, which brought together key representatives from the MIC and the Oyo State Ministry of Finance, provided hands-on experience for the participants.

According to him, participants immersed themselves in the advanced features and capabilities of the upgraded SoftSUITE, designed to address the various challenges faced in the previous version.

He expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to Soft Alliance for their commitment to upgrading SoftSUITE and for conducting the training for the essential stakeholders.

According to Tajudeen, feedback from participants highlighted their satisfaction with the training’s hands-on approach and the upgraded SoftSUITE’s ability to resolve existing challenges experienced with version 1.
