Edo Election: Pedro Obaseki Emerges Accord Party Candidate

Pedro Obaseki has emerged the candidate of the Accord Party for the Edo State governorship election.

Obaseki, who is the sole aspirant, was unanimously adopted by delegates at the party’s convention held in Benin City, the State capital.

He said his nomination is a call to duty and that he would embark on door to door campaigns, as he unveiled the Edo agenda, which covers empowerment, development and opportunity for the people of the state.

The gubernatorial election is slated to take place on September 10, 2016.
