Former Red Devils’ striker, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has been appointed as interim manager for Manchester United following the sack of Jose Mourinho until the end of the 2018/19 season.
Solskjaer will take charge of the first team with immediate effect and will remain at the club whilst they look for a permanent coach.

Michael Carrick will continue working as a coach with the first team.
The striker scored 126 goals in 366 games during his stint at United between 1996 and 2007.
In 2008 he became a coach at the academy before being appointed head coach of Molde.
