AC Milan have identified Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford as a priority signing following Noah Okafor’s transfer to RB Leipzig.
Reports from Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com confirm that Rashford has agreed to join the Rossoneri, although negotiations between Milan and Manchester United are ongoing. The Italian giants are pushing for the Premier League club to cover part of the striker’s salary until June.
According to Calciomercato.com, AC Milan are also keen to include an option-to-buy clause in the deal, with club directors set to hold further talks in the coming hours to finalize terms.
Rashford is reportedly eager to leave Manchester United and is pressing for an agreement within days. However, Milan face stiff competition, as Borussia Dortmund remain interested, and Barcelona are considered their strongest rivals in the pursuit of the England international.
This potential move could be a significant addition for AC Milan as they aim to bolster their attacking options in the Serie A and European campaigns.
