Land Republic, a leading real estate company in Nigeria delighted its numerous clients when the firm kept to its promise in allocating Vert City, a new gated eco-friendly estate at Ketu-Ejirin Epe recently.
Victor Adesewa, co-founder of Land Republic Limited noted that Vert City is one of the firm’s strategic projects due to the various developments taking place around Epe, such as the Media and Film City, the Central Food and Logistics Hub, the Psychiatric Hospital, and Lekki-Epe International Airport, among others.
Adesewa assured clients that they would enjoy every bit of their investment in the years to come.
Ayodeji Ajuwon, co-founder and chief operations and technology officer, during the allocation, assured clients of the safety of their property, while stressing the trustworthiness of the firm.
Obi Emeka, a customer, expressed contentment with his land purchase.
“I am lucky to have bought a piece of land here because of the massive development I can see around me, and in the years to come, this location will be one of the most sought-after locations in the state. If I am inspired by God to make more money, I will buy more land from the Land Republic,” he said.
He further encouraged others to get land in Epe from the firm because according to him the firm is a trustworthy real estate company to deal with.

Another customer, Folashade Adeyanju was equally impressed with the work of the organisation.
