The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) has launched its revolutionary iMentor Programme, an innovative platform aimed at providing expert guidance and support to young and intermediate coaches, propelling them towards elevating their coaching skills and advancing their practice.

LCAN’s iMentor offers a unique opportunity for coaches to access personalised mentorship, attentive listening, and valuable direction, all tailored to their individual needs.

The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) is the leading professional association dedicated to promoting and advancing the coaching profession in Nigeria.

On Wednesday, May 17, LCAN successfully kicked off the iMentor Programme with an exceptional cohort comprising ten mentors and ten mentees. Together, they will embark on a transformative six-month journey of growth and development. The iMentor Programme focuses on compressing decades of experience into days, equipping coaches with the necessary tools and insights to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.

Collins Alunomoh, LCAN’s Head of Empowerment and collaborator with the LCAN IT department on program design expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “iMentor has been carefully crafted to provide a supportive community and a treasure trove of resources to help coaches achieve their full potential.”

From personalised guidance to expert feedback and peer-to-peer support, Alunomoh revealed that iMentor harnesses the power of technology to deliver the ultimate solution for member coaches in Africa and the diaspora, eager to enhance their skills and make a significant impact.
