Kuda recently partnered with Faaji, an online event platform, in hosting the February edition of the Amapiano District party, aimed at deepening Nigeria’s pop culture.

Themed, ‘No Love in Lagos’, the Amapiano District party celebrated music, dance, and fun, to prove that a good time is always guaranteed, even though love might be a complicated thing in a city like Lagos.

Since September 2024, Faaji has been in partnership with Kuda, offering Kuda customers a 10 percent discount on tickets to Amapiano District as Kuda supports the monthly party series with banking services including Kuda POS terminals for quick payments at party venues.

“Our customers aren’t just looking for financial services; they want experiences that resonate with their lifestyle,” Emmanuel Femi-Adejobi, senior brand manager at Kuda, said, highlighting the importance of engaging with the bank’s youthful customer base in meaningful ways.

According to him, the February edition of the party took things up a notch, bringing together Lagos’ energetic nightlife lovers for an unforgettable experience. He disclosed that Kuda customers can take advantage of the 10 percent discount on tickets to future Amapiano District parties.

“Music and entertainment are a huge part of that, and our collaboration with Faaji to co-host Amapiano District allows us to create the right space for fun powered by our seamless digital payment solutions,” Femi-Adejobi said.

At the heart of the festivities was Kuda’s exclusive stand, where guests could take stylish photos on the red carpet, hang out, and win gifts from Kuda. It was a night of pulsating music, dazzling lights, and free-spirited fun.
