Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, a fast-growing African producer and distributor of extracts for spices, ingredients and flavors has announced the launch of a new website for its West African operations.

With the new website, www.freddyhirsch.com.ng, the company is communicating its regional focus, specifically in Nigeria, Ghana, Togo and Cote D’Ivoire, and its expanded capabilities as a full-scale concentrate backbone creating authentic flavors for the regional culinary market.

According to the Managing Director of Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, Kojo Brifo, Freddy Hirsch has been at the forefront of the production and distribution of food extracts, ingredients and flavors in South Africa.

“To achieve our vision of creating authentic African flavors and tastes, we have invested in a Research, Development and Application laboratory and a manufacturing facility with world-class quality management systems, in West Africa, Nigeria, where our experts develop flavors for various application areas, especially savory foods, sweet applications and beverages tailored to the African market,” Brifo, said.

Features on the new website included lucid pages, interactive features and improved functionality that provides easy navigation, promotes easy access of information and improves the customer experience while providing sufficient information about the coverage and ambitions of the flavor and ingredients company.

The Freddy Hirsch Group, through the new website is asserting its increased capability not only to produce plant-based alginate sausage casings and supply other types of casings and industrial equipment for meat processing but also to offer a wide range of authentic African and global flavors and ingredients and stake its claim on its share of the sub-Saharan market.
