Cubic Contractors Limited, the firm handling the construction of Grenadines Homes’ Resort Katampe Estate in Abuja, has assured its clients and other stakeholders that they would ensure both quality and timely delivery of the estate.
The multi-million naira luxury estate is another addition to Grenadines Homes schemes in Abuja, having done a couple of other projects before in the Federal Capital Territory and outside of it.
According to Olatunji Noimot, the company’s managing director, the 25-unit luxury estate is the latest addition of Grenadines Homes, as Grenadines Resort Katampe, on completion would boast well finished terrace duplexes and complementary amenities that would make a bold statement about luxury living.
She noted that shelter was one of the most important things a family must take care of, hoping that the project would afford owners their own home in an enchanting neighbourhood a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Abuja.
Majid Mulani, the construction manager at Cubic Contractors, said his firm was pleased to be part of the project, saying the company would bring in all their experience in earlier projects to ensure a fantastic delivery. He said that at the end of the project, Cubic Contractors would deliver a quality project with very nice finishing and also maintain best global practice in construction to ensure an accident-free site from beginning to the end of the project.
Nike Lanre-Ladenegan, general manager, CPMS, said CPMS being the project manager would put in their best to ensure that a quality estate was delivered at the agreed duration of the project, adding that “here in Nigeria, a lot of consultants claim to be project managers without basic knowledge of all the aspects of building construction.
