Adron Homes and Properties has reiterated its commitment to providing affordable housing and supporting the federal government in tackling housing deficits across the country while building cities.
According to Adron Homes, it has maintained integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction as well as consistently delivers high-quality services while building strong relationships with clients.
“We have provided verifiable evidence that many people have built houses in our estates across the country. The company has received numerous commendations for the quality of its infrastructure and development,” said Aare Adetola EmmauelKing, group managing director of Adron Homes and Prosperities in a statement.
“In light of the current economic challenges and fluctuations in market prices, the company has periodically reviewed its fees for building materials, ensuring that its clients get the best value for their investment,” he said.

“We uphold strict standards when it comes to the qualifications of engineers and builders,” he added.
He noted that Adron Homes requires clients to submit building profiles of only qualified engineers or registered builders with either a COREN or a CORBON certification before the commencement of any project, adding that an engineer or builder is expected to sign a tripartite agreement with the company and the client.
“The company has always been committed to delivering quality services to its clients. The company has a team of experts who ensure that all its projects meet international standards,” he said.
According to him, Adron Homes’ infrastructure and development fees are not shrouded in secrecy, as has been alleged. All necessary fees required to be paid per estate are well stated with clarity on its website.
“Due to the dwindling economy and surge in prices of commodities, the fees for building materials are reviewed periodically to reflect current market prices. This ensures that Adron Homes’ clients get the best value for their investment,” he said.
He urged clients who have defaulted on the contractual terms and conditions of purchase to explore the contractual options available for resolution and refrain from making disparaging posts or casting aspersions on social media about the brand.
“The company remains committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally.”
