In the next couple of days, Knight Frank Nigeria, one of the world’s largest independent residential and commercial property consultancy firms, will be unveiling to the public the new Senior Partner/CEO for its Nigeria operations.
The new CEO, Frank Okosun, will be taking over the management of the firm from Albert Orizu who is retiring gracefully from the global company.
The unveiling of the new CEO, which will be taking place in Lagos on Thursday, November 28, is expected to attract corporate enterprise leaders, captains of industry, institutional players and global real estate market personalities.
“Okosun is purpose-driven, a pathfinder per excellence and quite frankly embodies the core values of the Knight Frank brand. His colleagues in the market place, locally and internationally, say he is innovative, inspirational, committed, enduring, respectful and collaborative,” a statement obtained by BusinessDay at the weekend revealed.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Okosun also holds an MBA. He has served as a partner in the firm for more than 10 years within his 27 years in Knight Frank.
He is also passionate about promoting education and assisting the less privileged. He takes over the leading real estate firm at a significant time of both the firm and the profession in Nigeria.
He enjoys a stellar reputation for prompt and personal response to client demands, connecting people and property perfectly.
