In response to the dire situation the housing sector founds itself in many states of Nigeria today, Gold Flag Properties says it is out to revolutionise the sector with new approach to developments.

The company headlines a new approach to the development of housing projects for both commercial and residential purposes and this, according to Martins Emmanuel, Founder/CEO of the company, these developments bring breath of fresh air into the sector.

Emmanuel, who first came into the real estate market early in 2019 with an interesting perspective of the market, stands out among big companies with his unique foresight which spot-lights opportunities quickly and turns them into real value.

Through his company, he has developed an effective system for sourcing clients that pairs property owners with potential clients willing to purchase, rent or sell properties at a satisfying rate.

He explained in Lagos recently that this client sourcing system was the reason for his firm grip on the real estate market in Nigeria.

“Gold Flag is set to begin a housing development that will deliver 22-36 units of flats comprising 1,2 & 3-bedrooms,” Emmanuel said, adding, “this is our response to an ever-increasing demand for houses by our clients.”
