Outgoing president of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari, Tuesday commissioned the N19.6 billion new building headquarters of the Nigerian Customs Service in Abuja.

Buhari was in Lagos State to commission the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals, established by Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, in Ibeju-Lekki, on Monday.
