ICSAN inaugurates first northern Nigeria chapter

ICSAN president proffers ways to tackle unemployment, lingering minimum wage crisis

Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, ICSAN has inaugurated its first Northern Nigeria chapter in Kaduna.

This inauguration, according to a statement was a fulfilment of Funmi Ekundayo, ICSAN President’s promise to make ICSAN a true national association with presence in all the geo political zones in the country.

Nkechi Onyenso, Chairman of the Committee on Publicity and Advocacy said in the statement that the inauguration is the first in many to come during the presidency of Funmi Ekundayo, the 29th and first female president of the Institute.

The event was hybrid with stakeholders joining from Lagos, Abuja, Port Hacourt , Uyo , Benin , Enugu among other states.

The occasion also witnessed the investiture of the Pioneer Chairman of the Kaduna State Chapter – Alhaji Tijjani Mohammed, the statement said while the Chairman of the occasion was Hajiya Habiba Shekarau, the Head of Service, Kaduna State Government. The Special Guests of Honour were Mukhtar Ramalan Yero former Governor, Kaduna State and Auditor General, Kaduna State.
