Gtext Homes, one of Nigeria’s growing luxury real estate brands has restated its commitment to deliver value for investors in Jasper Smart City Housing Scheme and Beryl Beach Front Estate, two of its growing properties in Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos.
“Our policy has always been to deliver all units to our clients that have completely paid for units. Our time frame is always three months after completion of payments. This year, we intend to keep to this policy,” Farouq Usman, CEO, Gtext Homes, said during the recent allocation at Jasper Smart City.
According to him, the Jasper housing scheme in Ibeju-Lekki has generated over 400 percent return on investment (ROI) for investors. He disclosed further that Gtext lands are strategically positioned to help investors boost their ROI.
“All our lands have grown significantly because they have gone through the land banking phase of 3-5 years which gives a minimum of 300- 500% ROI,” Usman said.
According to him, Gtext Homes has been deliberate towards becoming the biggest developer of green and smart homes in Nigeria because of its trajectory of doing things differently in the built environment since inception in the real estate industry.
Speaking further on both estates, Usman disclosed that the intention behind the development is to build an estate completely independent of the national grid. “We came into the real estate industry as a pace setter to set the stage as a stepping stone for people to start seeing real estate differently; to see real estate differently, and now we have green and smart homes.”
