As the story unfolds, viewers are introduced to the broader Briggs family, with its diverse personalities and entangled relationships.
Ogunsola demonstrates her commitment to Nollywood by assembling a cast that includes both emerging talents and seasoned veterans. Notably, she convinced Bukky Wright to return to Nigeria from the United States to participate in the film. The movie also features Gloria Young and Norbert Young, a legendary acting couple who previously starred together in the classic TV series “Family Circle.” Their presence adds a nostalgic touch and highlights the enduring power of family-centric storytelling in Nigerian cinema.
The cast also includes Stan Nze, Rita Dominic, Iyabo Ojo, Elma Mbadiwe, Tunbosun Aiyedehin, Zack Orji, Kenneth Okolie, Kalu Ikeagwu, and others, promising a dynamic and engaging ensemble performance.
Behind the scenes, cinematographer and editor Kenechukwu Obiajulu has earned praise for his work on the film. Renowned photographer Kelechi Amadiobi, who makes a brief appearance in the movie, commended Obiajulu’s use of lighting, sound, and camera angles to create a visual language that reflects the family’s wealth and status.
