For his passion and contribution to the growth of the real estate sector in Nigeria, Oluwatosin Olatujoye, group managing director of Zylus Group International, has been honoured by ECOWAS Youth Council (EYC).
Other reasons Olatujoye was chosen for the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity as West African Man of the Year 2021 award are his being a man of high repute and hard work; a goal-oriented individual who places great value on integrity and customer satisfaction.
“I have followed with keen interest the rising profile and impressive career path of the Zylus Group GMD through the years,” Ambassador Ologun Seun Williams, EYC president, said.
He added: “For your numerous contributions towards youth development, acceleration of the pace of socio-economic development, commitment to youth development, philanthropy and other landmark achievements which you have recorded throughout your enviable career, we present to you the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity as ECOWAS Youth Council West Africa Man of the Year.”

He explained that the youth council created the award for distinguished personalities who have made farreaching and positive contributions to the development of their respective sectors and have caused sustained stability of the economy in which they operate.
An elated Olatujoye noted that he was honoured with such a prestigious award, saying that the award showed that Zylus Group as a whole was doing great work. “We promise to continue in our good work towards socio-economic development, youth development, human capital development, and the real estate industry at large,” he assured.
Since the beginning of his career, the GMD has received many awards and accolades, affirming his leadership qualities. These awards include AIICO’S Best Unit Manager (2016), AIICO Top 10 Agency Manager in Revenue (2017), Nigeria Achievers Award (2020).
