The nation’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has commenced his two-day state visit to the rustic state of Jigawa, with official turning of the sod of the multi-billion valley irrigation project in the state.
President Buhari, who flew into Dutse airport, at about 9 am morning, was received on arrival by Governor Mohammad Badaru Abubakar, and members of the state executive council, traditional council, among others.
