Advocaat Law Practice (ALP) has been adjudged as the “Law Firm of the Year, Small Practice” at the recently held ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards in Lagos.
Ola Alokolaro and Rotimi Akapo, two of the firm’s partners, received the award on behalf of the firm. The firm also received nominations in the Energy and Power and Project Finance categories of the award.
Commenting on the award, Alokolaro, who leads the Energy and Infrastructure practice group of the firm, said: “The nominations and more importantly, the award, is a testament to the hard work, dynamism and professionalism that the firm brings to the services it provides to its client.”
Akapo, who leads the Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice group of the firm, said: “The firm was delighted by the recognition and that the award would further motivate the firm to aspire to greater heights and continue to go from strength to strength.”
