Our Correspondent gathered that all staff buses have been directed to take staff back home while staff who were already inside the Secretariat are being told to leave the premises.

One of the staff who spoke on condition of anonymity said all the staff buses that conveyed staff to the office were not allowed entrance and were turned back.

It would be recalled that Aviation Unions have joined the indefinite strike action, shutting down all airport activities.

Also, the Labour Unions have shut down the national grid, putting the nation in a total blackout.

The Maritime staff at various ports have joined the nationwide indefinite strike as well.
