Nigerian Global Business Forum (NGBF) and Halogen Group, Nigeria’s leading security services provider, have entered into strategic partnership aimed at providing security services and solutions in Nigeria for all members of the forum from all parts of the world.
Through the partnership, NGBF, an umbrella organisation for Nigerian Business Forums operating across the globe, seeks to leverage the strength and experience of Halogen to foster sustainable protective services, risk advisory services and end-to-end safety enabling solutions in Nigeria, for its members worldwide.
Speaking at the memorandum signing ceremony, which was done virtually, leaders of both organizations highlighted the significance of the collaboration to Nigeria’s economic development, especially the confidence a ready access to Halogen’s security solutions brings to an increasing number of Nigerians in Diaspora who want to establish businesses in Nigeria but are often scared by reported cases of insecurity in the country.
Wale Olaoye, Group CEO of Halogen, expressed the company’s delight for being named NGBF’s preferred security organization, saying, “Halogen sees its involvement in the provision of a safety enabling framework for Nigerians in Diaspora as a patriotic cause that stands to significantly strengthen Diaspora investor-confidence.”
Olaoye, who highlighted Halogen’s security solutions, explained that the world’s biggest multinational investors in Nigeria have a long history of relying on Halogen security services ranging from physical security & mobility, cyber security & electronic remote surveillance, to background check, investigations & security training.
He expressed happiness that Nigerians from the Diaspora would now have opportunity to discover quality Halogen services which their multinational counterparts have long enjoyed.
Afolabi Andu, chairman of the Board of NGBF, and Pamela Ogunwusi, president of Nigeria-Irish Business Forum, who also graced the signing event, commended Halogen for its diversified security offerings and its leadership role in the Nigerian security sector.
