A two-storey building at Dosunmu Market in the Lagos Island Local Government Area of Lagos State has collapsed after catching fire. Many are feared to be trapped in the building.
Eyewitnesses told BusinessDay that the fire began a few minutes after 11am on Tuesday.
Currently, properties worth millions of naira have been lost to the fire.
Eyewitnesses said the Lagos State Fire Service personnel are currently at the scene to prevent further casualties.
