Kingsley Obiukwu, executive director of Bolton White Group, has hinged business growth on building quality personnel and standard system.

Delivering a speech at the Albert Conversations event which held recently in Abuja, Obiukwu, who is a young entrepreneur, said that having a strong and dedicated team within any organisation plays a key and essential role in taking the business to greater heights.
