Updated Edo Decides results: 91% of result uploaded on IREV

At least 88 percent of the results from the Edo State election have been uploaded to the IREV portal.

Corresponding to 4113 out of 4519 expected. Barring any last minute delay, the results from the poling units are expected to be fully uploaded before midnight, observers are saying.

Olumide Akpata, the candidate of the Labour Party in the ongoing Edo gubernatorial election, lost his polling unit to Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Godwin Obaseki, the outgoing governor of Edo State, won his polling unit for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the ongoing gubernatorial election.

Asue Ighodalo, the PDP governorship candidate won his polling unit with 200 votes while his APC opponent, Monday Okpebholo scored 45 votes

Ighodalo voted at ward 1, unit 3 at Okaigben Idinrio primary school, Ewohimi in Esan South East Local Government Area.

In Adams Oshiomhole ward in Etsako West Local Government APC scored 403, while PDP and Labour Party polled one vote each ..

At ward 1, unit 6, Auchi in Etsako West Local Government Area, Labour Party governorship running mate, Asamah Kadiri, got 25 votes, APC 100 and PDP 13.
