CADAC stores leverages free delivery to grow customer base

CADAC stores has launched a free delivery initiative in a bid to grow its customer base

A Nigerian-originated online shopping platform, CADAC stores has launched a free delivery initiative in a bid to grow its customer base and grow the bottom-line of the e-commerce company.

“CADAC stores offer faster shopping, as one does not have to wait for deliveries from stores, and one does not have to get dressed to go buy things from a store. CADAC stores have more selection, as products are available online, as opposed to only being available in a few physical stores.

“Also, our shipping is much faster than in physical stores, as the product is shipped to the consumer’s home free of charge. Ecommerce is safer than physical shopping, as there is no risk of being pickpocketed or robbed while in a store,” Ebuka Mbachu and David Izuchukwu Gabriel, co-founders, DE CADAC VENDING EMPIRE, owners of CADAC Stores said.

They stated that buying is made easier and cheaper due to effective, accurate management and easy-fast delivery process of the store. CADAC offers varieties of products and merchandise which includes mobile phones and tablets, laptops, clothing and accessories, technological accessories, electronics, and electrical accessories.

The startup company also offers services such as branding, logo and website design which is being handled by CADAC Designs Agency. According to Mbachu, images on the website are of high resolution and well designed, making it easier for the shoppers to understand better about the products they are looking for.

“CADAC Stores has great navigation with a detailed menu structure. The navigation is simple and straightforward, making it easy to find what you are looking for. There are many sub sections, categories, and subcategories on their website, which make navigation easier,” Mbachu stated.

Accordingly, the store offers free delivery on all orders. The order is delivered within two to seven working days across all states in Nigeria. “This is a great additional benefit for the customers, as they can choose to have the products delivered to their doorstep at the comfort of their own homes,” Gabriel stated.
