Ahmed Adamu Mua’zu, the former governor of Bauchi State from 2003-2007 on Saturday said that after finishing his tenure as governor he promised not and never to meddle in the state government affairs.
He said this during the commission of the new governor’s office by the vice president, senator Kashim Shettima, saying that since he left office as the state governor, today is the first time of come to the government house and it’s because he was invited.
Adding that before leaving, he parked everything that belonged to him so that he would not be tempted to come back.
The former governor Commended the effort of the present governor of the state, Senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for putting the state in his heart.
According to the former governor, Mua’zu said that Governor Bala has tried immensely to develop the state in terms of Infrastructural development and other developmental projects in the state.
The former governor Alh. Ahmed Adamu Mua’zu commended Governor Bala for his giant strides, which he said have brought back the lost pride and glory of the state.
He declares Governor Bala’s administration’s transformation agendas; he says Governor Bala has performed far beyond his watch.
He urged the good people of the state to continue praying for Governor Bala to continue of his good works.
