BSL (1)

In a bid to drive organisation growth and strategic excellence, Global Leadership Institute (GLI), a management consulting and human capacity development firm, recently hosted its first Business Strategy Lounge (BSL) in Lagos.

The BSL brought together a diverse group of participants from over seven industries, creating a fertile ground for networking and interdisciplinary exchange.

“This event came at the right time,” said Kemi Lewis, founder and creative director of KL’s Natural Beauty Bar.

“I was exposed to new concepts that promise to help me run my business better. The mix of fun teaching, advisory, peer review, and practical implementation kept me engaged for over 8 hours,” Lewis said.

Furthermore, GLI also introduced the BSL Mastermind programme, a 12-month initiative designed to support businesses in executing and achieving their strategic goals.

Abayomi Adewumi, managing director of GLI, emphasized the programme’s importance, stating, “BSL was conceived out of the urgent need to address the increasingly challenging economic conditions facing businesses.
