Abiola Salami, the convener of the Dr. Abiola Salami International Leadership Bootcamp (DASIL) has disclosed that this year’s edition aimed to provide a transformative experience for senior leaders, and equipped them with enhanced leadership skills to foster personal growth.

He disclosed that the second edition of the bootcamp scheduled for the coastal city of Mombasa, Kenya, from 23 to 29 June, will blend intensive training with daily rejuvenation.

According to Salami, Mombasa’s captivating blend of rich history, vibrant culture, and natural beauty that provides the perfect backdrop for this transformative leadership journey. He stated further that participants will embark on a carefully curated journey, where expert-led sessions seamlessly intertwine with moments of relaxation, creating a balance for holistic growth.
