Irked by the poor management succession planning which has bedevilled the operations of business organizations in Nigeria, Michael Stevens Consulting, a multidisciplinary managing accounting expert has strategically partnered with PGL Image Consulting to conduct an International Succession Planning Programme for institutions and corporate businesses on the 9th of July, at Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi.
The programme is said to be an extension of its business advisory strategies for over two decades of operation, geared towards the intervention in the abrupt end of businesses as a result of poor succession planning. As Nigeria’s industrial, commercial, and consumer markets continue to expand, business organizations will have to adapt rapidly so as to ensure continuity and sustainability of the business.
