After six decades of successful business in Nigeria, owners of Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers & Pensions Consultants Limited are excited about the doggedness, commitment and in all, the grace of God that has enabled it to weather all storms to remain in business and also created value for all its stakeholders.

Having commenced operation in 1957, the Company has applied highest quality in service delivery and continuously profitable, with over a record N937.664 billion gross direct premium contributed into the Nigerian insurance industry, as at the end of 2016. While its reinsurance arm, Enthoven Reinsurance Brokers Ltd has generated a cumulative N23.391billion in gross premium income.

Olasupo Falana, Managing Director/CEO, Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers & Pensions Consultants Ltd said the increasing evolution of the business of insurance has continually put pressure on the need to redefine the Company’s role and become more creative in our approach to business.

Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers and Pensions Consultants (formerly Glanvill Enthoven & Company Nigeria Ltd) is an insurance brokerage firm incorporated on 29th August 1957 to provide risk solutions services to the insuring public. Its commencement of insurance broking business operations in 1957 makes it the first indigenous broking firm in the country.  Member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and duly registered with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), the Company has an authorized share capital of N170 million and a professional Indemnity Insurance cover of N500 million.

Glanville is wholly owned by Odua Investment Company Ltd, an investment holding company incorporated in 1976 to manage the business interests of the former Western State of Nigeria. It is now owned by Six (6) State Governments in the South-West namely Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo and Lagos State.
