The chairman of the board noted that it aligned with the National Insurance Commission circular on executive tenure limits.

He expressed the board’s gratitude to Odukale for her dedicated service, leadership, and contributions to the company’s legacy and reminded the new appointees of the huge responsibilities before them, which require that they retain and surpass their current achievements.

He said the new leadership must focus on growth and ensure profitability, which would take into consideration the interests of all the stakeholders.

Adenuga described Ogwezhi as a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in strategic partnership management, deal structuring, contract negotiations, channel development, marketing, and leadership.
