Cadbury Nigeria appoints Shamsi as new Managing Director

Cadbury Nigeria has announced the resignation of Roy Naaman as managing director, effective Jan 31, 2017. This was made known in a statement released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The statement also announced the appointment of  Muhammad Amir Shamsi as managing director, effective Feb 1, 2017.
Until his recent appointment, Shamsi worked in various capacities in the FMCG industry around the world and would be leaving his current position as the Director, Innovation Kids Wholesome, Global Biscuits, East Hanover U.S.A. to resume at Cadbury next month.
He brings over 18 years worth of experience to the Nigerian arm of the Cadbury brand.
