Nigeria on Monday made a passionate appeal to Germany to assist her create jobs for her teeming jobless youths.
The speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, who made the plea when a German delegation from the Green Party paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja, urged the leader of the delegation to get more Germans to invest in the manufacturing sector of Nigeria’s economy.
Addressing the leader of the delegation, Uwe Kekeritz, Tambuwal noted that Nigeria already enjoys a good presence of German investments in the construction sector.
Tambuwal, however, insisted that the involvement of Germans in the manufacturing sector will be very positive because it would provide Nigerians the opportunity of getting more employment.
