To taste, add salt and pepper.

Diced mangoes, chopped red onion, and chili pepper should all be combined in a bowl.
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and season with salt and pepper to the mixture.
Toss to thoroughly mix in all the ingredients.
Use as a garnish for tacos, grilled fish, chicken, or just eat with tortilla chips.

Greek yogurt
Milk (or, for a tropical touch, coconut water)
Honey (for sweetness, optional)
Cubes of ice

In blender, combine diced mango, Greek yogurt, ice cubes, milk (or coconut water), honey.
Blend till creamy and smooth.
If needed, add more honey to taste and adjust sweetness.
After pouring into glasses, serve right away as a cool breakfast or snack.

Grilled Mango with Chili and Lime:

Pitted and halved ripe mangoes
Chili powder or flakes
slices of lime

Grill at a medium-high temperature.
Grill the mango halves for two to three minutes, or until grill marks start to show. Place the flesh side down on the grill.
After turning the mangoes over, cover the flesh with chili flakes or powder.
Grill the mangoes for a further two to three minutes, or until they are soft.
Before serving, squeeze some fresh lime juice over the grilled mangoes.

Mango Coconut Rice:

Basmati rice
Coconut milk
Ripe mango (diced)

As directed on the package, rinse the rice and cook it in coconut milk rather than water.
After the rice is done, add the sugar, a touch of salt, and the diced mangoes.
For a few minutes, let the flavors merge over low heat.
Serve warm as a dessert or as a side dish.

Mango Chicken Curry:

Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
Ripe mango (diced)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (minced)
Curry powder
Coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
Add cubed chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned.
Stir in the coconut milk, diced mangoes, and curry powder.
Simmer the mixture until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the mango chicken curry with rice.
