PREDESTINATION (2014)

Welcome to the Weekender, this week on Netflix we seen to have loads of newly added movies, so I am sure you are going to have a good festive season. Let’s start with Predestination, this was a dicey movie, one that needed full attention span to get a full hang of it, one of those movies that you find hide to explain, but let me try. So to the movie itself, Barkeep as he was called was assigned his last assignment, as an agent he was expected to go back in time and travel back to 1975, where he would have to stop or avert a bomb attack in New York that will destroy loads of properties and kill thousands of people. Well, this trip turns out to be more difficult than expected as he had to travel back and forth to several time zones, do check it out to see how he went about the mission. The 97m Sci-fi/Thriller movie was directed by Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig, they featured actors like Sarah Snook, Ethan Hawke, Olivia Sprague, Noah Taylor, Duck York, Madeleine West, Elise Jansen and many more.

UNDERWATER (2020)

Looking for something exciting this weekend, then you might want to try this action/Sci-fi movie, it wasn’t bad at all. So Norah price as she was called in the movie, started her day like every normal day under water in the station, until a major earthquake hit them and caused disruption in the system and control unit, killing a few of their colleagues also. Norah and 5 of her colleagues will all have to battle to fight for their lives to get to the other station miles away, where they will find an escape route. They will have to battle with deadly underworld creative they have never seen in their lives as they struggle to cross over, do check it out to find out how many of them made it out alive. The 95m Sci-fi, horror, mystery, thriller, action movie was directed by William Eubank, they featured acts like Kristen Stewart, Vincent Cassel, Mamoudou Athie, T.J. Millet, John Gallagher Jr. Jessica Henwick and many more.

So to my Christmas movie of the week, just like always Christmas movies are simple, sweet and romantic and sometimes doubt they ate Christmas movies without a couple falling in love, well your guess is as right as mine. Tracey Wise was a famous renowned travel blogger, who toured the globe travelling and reviewing various hotels and and apartments. One day she get invited to this small town B&B to review in order to help them attract more guests from around the world, well little did she know that her travelling to review the apartment will not only help them increase their customer base, but will also help her find her one true love, despite her circumstances. Do check it out and see how she transformed not just the apartment but the small town . The 85 holiday, romantic ,drama was directed by Paula Elle, they featured acts Jen Lilly, Jesse Hutch, Peter Louis Chouinard, Marie Mahannah, Nick Prea
