……….said The theme for this year’s awards, “Celebrating Resilience,” holds a special significance. In a world that is constantly evolving, resilience has become the cornerstone of progress. It is the tenacity to face challenges, the courage to overcome obstacles, and the spirit to rise stronger after every fall. Each nominee tonight represents a story of resilience, a testament to the extraordinary power that lies within each of us. Celebrate yourself. You are worth celebrating.

This year, we had a few more votes to make 220,000 votes. The voters were relentless and determined. A big thank you. We had so many close calls but we had to go with the most votes. It is important to note that at the ELOYs, integrity is our watch word, people think I know the nominees but I have never met about 90 percent or more and all the winners are based on how the votes went following the criteria we the governing body go through. Thank you to our governing body btw.

As we embark on this 15th edition, we take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey that has brought us to this milestone. From our humble beginnings, we’ve witnessed incredible stories of grit, determination, and the unrelenting pursuit of excellence. Tonight, we honour not just the winners but the entire community of women who continue to inspire us all.
