Olori Atuwatse III, Iluomuanya, Kogi first lady, others set for Vglamour award

The queen of Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, and other prominent dignitaries are set to be awarded by Vglamour Magazine, the organiser of the NMIA award ceremony.

The most anticipated event of the ‘Nigeria Most Influential Awards 2023’, popularly known as (NMIA), will be held at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, on the 2nd of December, 2023, at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja.

This popular award ceremony is packaged by the influential celebrity magazine, VGLAMOUR Magazine, the focus of which is to celebrate and honour eminent personalities who have positively impacted society in one way or the other in different areas.

However, this year’s event will mark its eight years anniversary since its inception in 2015. This annual award ceremony is highly respected within the general public because it is built to mirror society and inspire other personalities.

The Project Director, Vivian Lam, who spoke to our correspondent about the event, said: ‘’The event starts exactly by 4 pm, with a green carpet reception and main event starts by 6 pm.

‘’I will plead with the recipients to come early as to enjoy all side attractions that come with the event.’’

Vivian Lam further said that the award was strictly by nominations from Nigerians, followed by a thorough background check to confirm the antecedents of those being nominated.

According to her some of the awardees, include, ‘’His Royal Highness, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya and chairman Imo State Elders’ council; Rashida Yahaya Bello, First Lady of Kogi State; Abba Moro; Former minister of Youths and Sports, Sunday Dare; Olori Atuwatse III, and John Nani, chairman DESOPADEC.‘’
