Nigeria’s hospitality industry has gained international recognition as Johnwood Hotel Abuja recently emerged as the winner in the three categories of the World Luxury Hotel Awards.
Johnwood Hotel by Bolton was honoured with prestigious awards at the 17th anniversary of the esteemed awards held at the Grand Hyatt in Athens, Greece.
The 5-star hotel and subsidiary of Bolton White Group came home with prizes for Nigeria’s New Luxury Hotel, Nigeria’s Luxury City Hotel, and the Continent’s Luxury New Hotel.
It emerged as the winner in the three categories through a voting process open to the public and the travel industry.
Commenting on the award, Kingsley Obiukwu, executive director of Bolton White Group said the brand is proud to be recognised in three categories.
He said the international recognition gives the brand the confidence to continue to raise the bar in the hospitality industry through quality service delivery.
