UCameroonian singer says open to collaborations with Nigerian peersntitled design (98)

Cameroonian artiste Schengen Owner has revealed his readiness to collaborate with Nigerian artistes.

The rising artiste whose real name is Efuetngong Dion is looking forward to working with the likes of Mohbad, Bella Shmurda, Zlatan, Davido, and a host of other talented musicians across Nigeria.

Schengen Owner began doing music as some sort of a passion, starting off as a member of the Roman Catholic Youth Choir in Cameroon for over a decade. He is, however, inspired by the good works and production of Nigerian artiste Davido and producer extraordinaire, Don Jazzy.

Even though he comes from a country where music isn’t as widely sold as some African countries, he is propelled to do quality music by his passion to change the game and bring music lovers together in Cameroon.

“I do more of Afro Pop, Afrobeat and the long-forgotten Makossa sound, not forgetting that I pay keen attention to the message I want to pass across via music,” Schengen Owner says.

“With my sound and kind of music, I want to be remembered for long in not just the Cameroonian music industry but the Nigerian music at large.”

Schengen Owner has been involved in music since 2009, though passively. His previous song, ‘Liqua’, is doing well on all music streaming platforms and says he’s currently available to make an impact with his kind of music and sound.
