The accused, however, pleaded guilty to the charges.

Prosecutor Simon Emmanuel told the court that Suzana Musa of Oboli Cresent, Jabi, Abuja, reported the case at the Life Camp Police Station, Abuja on March 3, 2013.

Emmanuel said that the complainant boarded a tricycle, from Ecobank, Jabi and the accused who sat beside her, slapped her without provocation and collected her blackberry phone.
