The House of Representatives has summoned the director general of the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP), Emeka Eze, to appear before its Committee on Public Petitions on Tuesday, April 10, 2013 when the committee would reconvene.
It is expected that the House would begin a weeklong Easter recess today (Thursday), and chairman of the committee, Uzor Azubuike, has threatened Eze with arrest if he fails to appear before its committee, and compel him to appear in accordance with the provisions of the law.
