In a bid to support small and medium size businesses having funding challenges, Tosin Adelana Foundation, a non-governmental organisation have provided funding for potential entrepreneurs who are financially challenged and assistance to those medically challenged across different states in Nigeria.

Founded in 2020 after the Covid lockdown by Tosin Adelana, a Businessman and entrepreneur, Tosin Adelana Foundation has restated focus on business & financial empowerment.

“I was born in Nigeria, schooled in Nigeria and worked in Nigeria before relocating to the US. Starting up a foundation in Nigeria was as a result of wanting to give back to the society that birthed me. I am aware of the challenges that business owners go through in the country ranging from funds, government policies, and so on. The little assistance from the foundation if well utilized can be of immense benefit to business owners

“Entrepreneurs are hardworking people who never give up despite the tough economic issues. As part of plugging into the digital space, we decided to also carry people along through social media. I also gave 41 entrepreneurs N10,000 each on my birthday this month to support their businesses and encouraged them to continue in business no matter the circumstances,” Adelana, the founder of the foundation said.

He explained that the Tosin Adelana Foundation is an NGO that supports small business owners/ entrepreneurs who are financially challenged to start up or maintain their stability and assist those that have financial challenges medically.

“In 2023, we want to embark on more projects and we are open to collaborations to help more entrepreneurs,” he added.
