Terver Atsar a chemical engineer and environmental expert, has emerged as the consensus candidate of the African Democratic Congress ADC for the Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives seat.
At a meeting of party leaders in Ushongo Local Government Area, delegates unanimously selected Atsar from Mata State Constituency to fly the party’s flag in the forthcoming elections.
The leaders described the decision as a demonstration of unity, confidence, and commitment to strengthening the party ahead of the electoral contest.
The meeting also produced consensus candidates for the Mbagwa and Mata State Constituencies, as stakeholders emphasised the need for cohesion and collective effort to ensure the success of the African Democratic Congress across the constituency.
