Dangote Sugar 2014 pretax profit falls to N15.27bn

Dangote Sugar Refinery said on Monday its full-year pretax profit fell 6 percent year-on-year to N15.27 billion ($77 million).

Turnover at the sugar refiner also declined to N94.85 billion compared with N103.15 billion the previous year, the company said in a statement.

It did not give reasons for the decline in earnings.
