Samsung unveils Galaxy S20, 5G phone

Samsung launched a new phone, Galaxy S20 which according to Telco giant represents “innovation beyond expectation”.

With improved functionalities, the new series of the device features 5G connectivity and superior camera, with 108mp, 8k video and 100x zoom.

Speaking during a press briefing to unveil the device in Abuja, Adetunji Taiwo, Samsung Head of Department (HOD), Information  Technology and Mobile noted that their research findings which show how Camera Quality informs buyers choice, necessitated the new improvement on the new 3 series device.

With prices ranging from $999.99 to $1,599.99, the flagship phones: the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra will be available for sale from March 6, 2020 while pre-order starts from  February 21.

At the Unveiling, Korean Ambassador to Nigeria, Lee In-Tee announced their plans to advance technology in Nigeria especially among Nigerian youth.

He said this was part of their effort to advance trade relationship with the country.

“Nigeria has a great potential in terms of crude oil, Natural gas and Human resources.

Nigeria is a great country, now I am trying to connect the Korean technology and the Nigeria human resources. Now I am focusing on calling the Korean advanced technology to Nigeria especially the young age,” he noted.

According to him, the Korean companies operating in Nigeria are investing much to capacity building the youth.
