Nigeria’s leading e-commerce platform, Konga, has launched its June Mid-Year Shopping Festival, offering massive discounts and exclusive deals aimed at helping consumers and businesses cope with rising economic pressures.

The month-long campaign features price reductions across major product categories, including electronics, computing devices, home appliances, fashion, beauty products, groceries, office equipment, and mobile phones. Customers will have access to products from top global brands such as Samsung, HP, Lenovo, iTEC, L’Oréal, and Unilever at significantly reduced prices.

Beyond the discounts, Konga has lined up several promotional activities, including Flash Sales, Treasure Hunts, Live Auctions, bundle offers, and free delivery on selected products in major cities across the country.

A major attraction of this year’s festival is the expansion of KongaNow, the company’s premium same-day delivery service. Through the service, verified orders placed before the daily cut-off time can be delivered within hours, providing faster access to essential products for individuals and businesses.

Konga said the initiative is designed to support households, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and corporate organisations facing increasing procurement and operational costs. By working directly with manufacturers and authorised distributors, the company says it can offer authentic products at competitive prices while reducing costs associated with traditional retail channels.

Speaking on the campaign, Victor Oluwaleye, Konga’s group head of marketing, said the festival was created to deliver affordability, convenience, and trust to Nigerians during challenging economic times.

“In today’s economy, consumers are more intentional about value, affordability, and trust. The Konga Mid-Year Shopping Festival was created to bridge that gap by giving Nigerians access to premium products at exceptional prices while ensuring convenience and reliability throughout the shopping process,” he said.

Industry analysts believe the campaign will help consumers access quality products at lower prices while reinforcing Konga’s position as one of Nigeria’s leading technology-driven commerce platforms.
